By using the Cura app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cura.

Cura lets you scan, upload, or describe items to find shoppable matches, save them into closets, and share those closets with others. You are responsible for the content you upload and share, and you agree not to upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Cura surfaces items sold by third-party retailers. Purchases are made with those retailers under their own terms, prices, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing accuracy, or availability.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate Cura — for example, processing a photo to find matching items, or showing a shared closet to the people you invited.

Cura is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
